Whether you’re booked on a charter with us, planning your own day on the water, or just looking for a quiet Treasure Coast getaway, the cottage is built for easy living. Self check-in with a keypad means late arrivals and pre-dawn departures are no problem. Come back from a day offshore to AC, a hot shower, a full kitchen for cleaning your catch, and a quiet place to crash before doing it all again tomorrow.

The name says it all — Sunrise Suite was made for early starts. A private one-bedroom suite with its own separate entrance, tucked onto a peaceful property shaded by old oaks draped in Spanish moss. Just 20 minutes from the docks at Addiction Sportfishing and Fort Pierce Inlet, it’s the perfect basecamp for a fishing trip without sacrificing quiet or comfort. Sleeps up to four with a queen bed and sleeper chairs in the foyer (verify), so it works for solo anglers, fishing buddies, couples, or small families. Private bath, full kitchen access, and your own entrance mean you come and go on your schedule — early departures, late returns, no one stepping on your toes. Sunrise Suite is a private room and bath inside a larger home, with its own separate entrance so you have real privacy. Sleeping setup accommodates up to 4 guests:

You’ll have your own private entrance directly into the suite — no walking through shared living spaces. The bedroom and bathroom are yours alone for the duration of your stay. Outdoor areas on the property are available to relax and unwind. Sunrise Suite is owned and operated by Addiction Sportfishing — just 20 minutes from our boats at Fort Pierce Inlet. Guests are welcome to ask about charter availability and preferred booking when reserving the suite.
